I recently pulled out a couple of fuzzies to groom and I realized that I MUST take pictures of them! All of these little buggers are still not in complete prime coats, but needless to say, they still look pretty hot! And, if you were here at my house, you could feel how nice they are too. ;] Here are some profile shots of them.

Thats all for now! He hope to have more fuzzy lop babies within the next few months, we just having a hard time getting does bred. I'd really like to have more than 1-2 Fuzzy Lops(if even) up on the Fuzzy table at a time. That would be some fun kickin' competition! =P

Overall, it was a really fun day, I didn't do showmanship due to a sore throat and being congested... =[
Today was a good day, besides of me being unhealthy, it was a nice show day as well to see all my friends. Expecially those whom I haven't seen in quite some time. It made me feel a little bit better of how I've been feeling lately... which is many different long stories, which should be unmentioned on a open blog like this. But I will say one thing- owners of rabbits will take advantage of you, so be careful of what place you put yourself in, or who you are interacting with... I suppose some people don't have a clue how to think of the both sides comming, possibly its greed and maybe some people don't know any better... and thats unfortunate. =[
I'm going to write my results, short and simple, more of the highlights of what happened. I'm really pleased with the comments and results of today. =] I took 7 to show, 6 woolies, 1 fuzzy.

Time to finnish up my breeding list. Our next show will be Cloverdale, CA 2.16.08!
Could you say cute?! I think you can. These two little buggers are almost 6 weeks old now(5 weeks in photos). And I have to admit, both are pretty typey. Handshakes, is a blue fox buck, and Highfives, is a broken fawn doe. I'd have to say, your eyes just gleam when you look at them, the colors are striking.
These two babies did have another sibling... a fox buck who passed away young due to falling out of the nest. I'm sure he would have been just as cute, and everytime I look at these two, I don't forget him. I admit he was a little connecting, for being only 12 days, he was most handled, and what a gorgeous color he was.
Fox buck.
Here is Handshakes:
Blue Fox Buck
This is Highfives:
Broken Fawn Doe
Handshakes will be available in the next couple weeks. He is a Blue Fox, which is unshowable but *could* be used for a Fuzzy Otter breeding program. His color may be a little more understandable if I call him a Blue Tort Otter. ;] He's quite colorful! I'll be hanging on to Highfives for a little bit. Though I do have many inquiries on her. =P
It's hard to keep up with a blog if you don't have a lot of time. Here's a summed up post of whats been going down in wooly town. ;]
...we have baby fuzzies! I rarely ever have live fuzzy babies. =P I've happy to have them, I must say. They are adorable, and have a great personality like daddy. Their sire is Addison and their dam is WWR Carley. We have a broken fawn doe, and a blue fox buck. I decided to name the doe WWR Highfives and the buck WWR Shakes.
WWR Highfives and WWR Handshakes at 3.5 weeks.
...we have juniors growing up! The just hit the ugly stage about 1.5 weeks ago. Here is fresh pictures of them just right before that. I did show them at Santa Rosa, CA yesterday, they got very promising comments. I'm going to grow them out now.
WWR Hanna Beth- Blue Pointed White Junior Doe- She has nice type! A little long in her head, but I think she will grow into it. Very nice point color.
WWR Drunky Brewster- REW Junior Buck- He's also a cutie pie! He is VERY small. I love his short open ears.
WWR Mew- REW Junior Buck- My favorite of the three, he is very complete throughout. Very nice coat!
WWR Gambler- Black Junior Buck- This guy is FOR SALE. He has awesome body type and nice wool. Baby head and ears on him. Email me for more information.
Other than the juniors we have a couple maturing seniors! This is WWR Sleeptalker. He is a Black Senior Buck by WWR Sleepwalker X WWR Pearl. He is our third generation of a WWR rabbit. I have to say, I'm quite proud of him! I'm anxiously awaiting babies from him, which would make a 4th generation baby, hopefully with wonderful type like himself.
WWR Sleeptalker, he's a huge of wooly goodness.
I pulled out his mother today, and she has a BEAUTIFUL coat! It's the longest I've ever seen and one of the best I've ever felt. I'm going to condition her some and show her at Stockton and Cloverdale. =]
WWR Pearl- Black Senior Doe- This picture does her no justice. She is absolutely beautiful.
At Santa Rosa, Show A Fuzzy Lops, we took home BOSB with Hobb's Meena! This will be her second leg.
Hobb's Meena- Broken Orange Senior Doe
Also, I'd like to thank Margot and Thea for selling my mom this beautiful girl. She is absolutely beautiful. This squirrel doe comes out of one of our bucks, WWR Drangonflower.
I think that is it for now! I'm going to try and set aside some more time to manage my blog, oh, how good that would be. ;]
Yesterday morning, we had to put down WWR Rock Paper Scissors. She was still paralysed in her hind-end, it got to where she couldn't move her front legs cause of her muscles were so weak. She was the same but you can just tell she wasn't going to get any better.
You were a wonderful little rabbit, a bunny who made me still put a lot of my hope into my Agouti herd. You won well. You were really sweet. You were one of my super favorites I ever produced.
"When winter falls next year, I'll be holding on to anything nailed down. As for being patient, with fate and all it's getting old. And my mind is slowly changing."
"In life and death you've always stole my heart. You'll always mean so much to me it's hard to believe this."
R.I.P. Behbeh gurl. <3
It just wasn't meant to be... ='[
Thank you everybody for your help and advice you have given me, those who stood by me, gave me hope, thoughts, and prayers, everybody who gave me words of encouragement, those who checked op on her progess, the sorrys that were not your fault, special thank you to my mother, and Dr. Ted Shultz. <3
This show was deffinantly interesting. Not by the people, or wins, but the occurances that were happening.
I'm not going to get into all the "occurances" that had happened, but I'll tell you mine. I'm not going to go into to much detail, I'm not too proud to talk about them...
First, one of my buns decided to fly, and in the process, she has scratched my face. I have very sensitive skin so my face felt like it was swelling and I got all teary eyed. Shortly after, one of my does fractured her spine(not really sure how she did this). One of my best does at that too. We tried getting her to the vet, the only vet around was a small animal clinic, BUT didn't accept rabbits. Never heard of such a thing. So We took her into our local vet today. She seems to be doing better, the fracture really isn't bad. If she has feeling by tomorrow morning she will most likely be okay. I'll keep you all updated. This doe is WWR Rock Paper Scissors, the beautiful little Chestnut agouti who has been appeared MANY times in my blog.
Lets talk about some wins. =]

So, my results were good! That really did make a lot feel better. All judges gave my woolies WONDERFUL comments, I think that was the most important part, all the judges really liked them, it was very well worth the trip for me to receive the comments I did.
Here is a video of Youth BIS Judging on Sunday. Judge is Joey S. My wooly doe "WWR Sisily" recieves Honorable Mention. She was one of only a few who were pulled out again.
I'll get some other "Show Scene" pictures up soon. =] Thanks for reading. Susie Cederlof
